Damaged or wromg items recieved?
If you’ve received a damaged item, or the wrong item was sent to you in error, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date to let us know about the issue, and we’ll take care of it right away. Just contact us for instructions.
Are you just unhappy with your purchase?
We know that all products may not will work out for everyone—it’s okay, we completely understand! We even understand if you need to take some time to get it back to us. We give you 3 weeks from the day of your purchase to return any item that hasn’t quite worked out for you. Just make sure that the return package is postmarked within 6 weeks of your payment date, and you’ll be all set! Products purchased during November and December have a 6 week return deadline.
Store credit or refund?
If the packaging and labels on the item haven’t been removed and the item hasn’t been washed or actively worn (beyond just trying them on), you can easily return it for either store credit or a refund—whichever you’d prefer! If a return comes in after our return guideline, store credit will be issued.
