  • Condition: This is a chance to own a piece of history for an NBA hall of fame player who should be in anyone's list of top five players of all time. Only two of these signs exist. Once was used for a number of years and was replaced a few years ago because of aging of the sign. This is a street sign that was used in Charlotte, TN when you approach the city from Highway 48 heading north into the city. The only two that exist are this one and the newer one that is on the street now where this one once was. The sign shows wear. That is why the city replaced it. It measures approximately 48"W x 12"H. It has scuffs and scratches and does not lay perfectly flat. However, any warping is not very serious. There are no creases to it. It will be packaged very very well for safe transit to you. This is a very unique piece for someone's collection. It will present very well displayed on a wall.

    This signs says "Home of Oscar P. Robertson".  Oscar Robertson lived in Charlotte, TN as a young child.  He was born there on November 24, 1938.  He has a storied history in college, Olympic, and professional basketball and was named the number 36 athlete of the 20th century by ESPN.
    The sign shows wear.  That is why the city replaced it.  It measures approximately 48"W x 12"H.  It has scuffs and scratches and does not lay perfectly flat.  However, any warping is not very serious.  There are no creases to it.  It will be packaged very very well for safe transit to you.  This is a very unique piece for someone's collection.  It will present very well displayed on a wall.  It looks neat under light in a dark room with its ability to reflect light very well.
