Hi.
Here is a Maimin Thread Seal 59 Fabric Leather Rotary Cutting Machine.
Nice unit.  Probably vintage, but appears to be in good working order.  Cord looks great.  Blade and sharpening wheel look good.  Nothing cracked or damaged that I note.  Some cosmetic scuffs and marks from normal use and age.  Fairly clean.  Seems ready to go.
