The National Bank of Kazakhstan has put into circulation collectible coins "QAZAQSTANNYN ASTANASY - NUR-SULTAN" from the series
"Outstanding events and people"
made of silver with a gold component of 1,000 tenge denomination.
Obverse:
National ornament is depicted on the outer circle. On the left is the Coat of Arms of Kazakhstan, which is made on an inset of gold 999. Along the circumference of the coin there is an inscription in the Kazakh language Republic of Kazakhstan, the denomination of the coin is 1000 tenge, the name of the metal is silver and gold, their purity, the weight of these metals.
The central part shows a top view of the center of the capital.
Reverse:
On the right side of the coin there is a portrait of the first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. The portrait is executed on a gold insert. To the left of the portrait is the national flag of the country, which is made in the technique of colored enamel.
On the left is the new name of the capital of Kazakhstan "Nur-Sultan". The lower part shows the White House and other architectural objects of the city, the date 2020 and the signature of Nazarbayev.
A national ornament is depicted on the outer circle.
Coins with a denomination of 1,000 tenge are made of silver 925/1000 with a weight of 46.2 grams with a component of 999/1000 gold with a weight of 16 grams, the total weight of the coin is 62.2 grams, the workmanship is proof, the diameter is 50 mm.
