    This lighting sculpture, named "AKARI", was created in 1952 from the encounter between Isamu Noguchi and Gifu lanterns, a traditional industry in Gifu prefecture.
    Due to its simple shape, the subtle texture of Mino paper stands out even more, and the light that spreads through Japanese paper creates a lyrical nuance. The faint and gentle light leaking from AKARI heals the tired mind and body.
