This vintage brochure of the Southport, North Carolina Boat Harbor is not dated, but states that work has started on covered boat slips which will be available in the Fall of 1966. The photo on the front shows a harbor largely empty of boats and only a few buildings on shore. Today, Southport still has its small town charm, and the harbor is still owned by the Port Authority, but Southport is much more of a tourist destination and the slips are full of boats and the shore full of buildings. Many films and television shows have been filmed here.
The trifold brochure measures 10 7/8 by 8 1/2 inches. Light crease on front and back, slight musty odor.
