Tire Repair Method:
Clean the surface where the tyre needs to be repaired and mark it
Use a grinding machine to grind the surface, the area is slightly larger than the damaged area
A mortar (or hot glue) mixed with raw rubber and gasoline is evenly applied to the polishing agent using a brush.
Cut the appropriate size of the rubber to fill in the damage area
Pressure the hot head  on raw rubber (if possible can pad a thin layer of aluminum or iron in the raw rubber), try to put the damage area in the central heating head, screw tightly and fixed tyres
Turn on the timer switch and set it in the right place, Cold start can refer to "20" (Or adjust the vulcanizing time according to the temperature and the condition of the wound) the heat start time can be a little shorter，if you do not need timing can be set on the manual gear, then the hot head to work.
At the end of vulcanization, tyre repair machine automatically cut off power supply hot head.
Turn off the power switch, loosen the screw tyre pressure, carefully remove the hot head, remove the tyre
Precautions:
The power cord must be grounded safely. The power supply should preferably be equipped with a leakage protection switch. The power must be turned off when replacing the fuse.
Handle carefully when removing hot head, to avoid burns

If it is necessary to lengthen the damaged area of the tube, it is equipped with an oval plate and marked with small eyes at both ends of the damaged area  to prevent cracking and air leakage.
