You will see the fold mark on the 7" brochure "The Lure" which other than the folds an a little age spots its in good shape for 1921. As well as the 10 little pictures of the park do show a little age but for age good.There is a pic of Tom who wrote the letter 3 3"× 2 1/2" an one of Tom an Alma the love birds at folly beach in the 1920's. Also included is a newspaper cutout announcement of Tom an Alma's engagement wedding to take place Jan. 25 1924 the year Alice Scott the Artist was born. So if you notice the letter an all are 1921.
