1900's Chase & Son's Belfast Maine Musical Instruments & Strings Tin Sign Music

Here is a good condition, never used thin steel painted sign for CHASE & SONS Musical instruments and strings at BELFAST MAINE. This store was in Belfast in the early 1900s (and before), and is listed in the 1907 Belfast city directory. This type of sign was nailed to trees, billboards, telephone poles, and other public locations, and rusted away in a few years. Not many exist today. I purchased these from a seller who found them in a store in Belfast, Maine. I may have more listed than what's shown and ask about bulk discounts.  Appx 15" x 4". The one shown is a sample and yours will be in similar condition as they all have various amounts of wear. Feel free to ask for more pictures if wanted.
Hiram Chase and Son was located on upper Main Street in Belfast for many years selling watches, jewelry, silverware and musical instruments.
Chase's father, Timothy, established the the business at this location in 1826 and was a gunsmith and clockmaker.
In 1861, Hiram Chase was appointed by Abraham Lincoln to be Belfast Postmaster, a position he held throughout the war years.
